Service — Website Launch

A real website.
Live in weeks,
not someday.

For founders and small businesses who are already doing the work — and losing people because there's nowhere credible to send them. We write it, design it, and put it online together. No agency theatre, no six-month discovery phase.

§ 01 — The recognition

You're not behind.
You're unlinked.

The work is real. The reputation is real. The thing that's missing is the one place you can point at and say: here, this is what I do. That gap is quiet, and it costs you people you never hear from.

  • 01

You send people to an Instagram profile and hope they piece it together.

  • 02

The site you have is three years old and describes a business you no longer run.

  • 03

You've started the website four times. There's a folder somewhere.

  • 04

You can explain the offer perfectly out loud and freeze the moment you have to write it down.

  • 05

Someone asked for a link this week and you felt it.

  • 06

A designer quoted you a number that assumed you had a marketing department.

§ 02 — What changes

Before / After

From “I'll explain it”
to “here's the link.”

Before

  • “Let me DM you the details.”
  • Explaining the offer from scratch every single time
  • Prices negotiated in the moment
  • Momentum living in your notes app
  • Referrals that quietly stall out

After

  • “Everything's on the site.”
  • A page that does the explaining before you speak
  • Pricing and next steps you can stand behind
  • One address people can return to
  • Referrals that arrive already convinced

§ 03 — What's included

Everything the site needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Most of the work isn't the website. It's deciding what's true enough to publish. We do that part together first — then the build goes fast.

01

Positioning & message

What you actually do, who it's for, and why it's worth the money — written in language you'd say out loud.

02

Copy that sounds like you

Every page written with you in the room. No filler, no “empowering solutions,” no stock voice.

03

Editorial design & build

A site with typography, restraint and structure — designed around your content rather than a template's assumptions.

04

The one thing it should do

Book a call, take an order, capture an email, get a reservation. One clear next move, built to work on a phone.

05

Domain, launch & handoff

Live on your domain, connected to your inbox, with a short walkthrough so you can edit it yourself.

06

What comes after

A plain plan for the next three months: what to add, what to leave alone, and what to watch.

§ 04 — Which one is for you

One finds the next move.
The other makes it visible.

Startup Launch Intensive

When you're still deciding what the business is.

  • Four weeks, 1:1, strategy-first
  • Sharpens the idea, the offer, the audience
  • Produces evidence: replies, calls, first payments
  • Best when the direction is still unresolved

Website Launch

When you know what you do — and nobody can find it.

  • Two to four weeks, delivery-first
  • Writes and designs the public face of the business
  • Produces a live site on your own domain
  • Best when the offer already works in conversation
Start the conversation

Not sure which? Say so on the call. Sometimes the honest answer is “neither, yet” — and I'll tell you that too.

§ 05 — How it runs

Short weeks.
Visible progress.

You'll see something real every week. Nothing disappears into a black box for a month.

  1. Week 00

    The website consultation

Thirty minutes, free. What the business is, what the site has to do, and whether I'm the right person. If not, I'll say so.

  2. Week 01

    Say it plainly

One working session to settle positioning, offer and structure. You leave with the sitemap and the argument the site will make.

  3. Week 02

    Words first

I draft every page. You react in the margins. Copy gets approved before a single pixel is designed.

  4. Week 03

    Design & build

The site takes shape in the browser — typography, images, responsive behaviour, the one clear action.

  5. Week 04

    Live

Domain connected, forms tested, walkthrough recorded, three-month plan in your hands. Then it's yours.

§ 06 — Founding offer

The first
five sites.

I'm opening this service with five founding clients. Founding rate, full attention, and an honest ask: if the work lands, I'd like to publish it as a case study.

What founding clients get

  • The complete website launch—strategy, copy, design, build and launch
  • Founding-client pricing, honored for any support plan you begin at launch.
  • One-to-one collaboration with me throughout the build
  • A three-month plan for what to do after launch
  • One round of post-launch revisions, no clock running

Pricing is scoped on the website consultation, once we both know what the site needs to be.

§ 08½ — Questions

Before we build.

A few things you may want to know before starting your website launch.

01What is included in a Website Launch?+

Your website launch includes the strategy, messaging, copy development, visual direction, design, build, mobile optimization, domain connection, and launch support needed to take your website from idea to live. The exact scope will be outlined clearly before we begin.

02Do I need to have all of my copy and branding ready?+

No. You do not need to arrive with perfectly written copy, a completed brand guide, or every detail figured out. We’ll work together to clarify your offer, organize what belongs on the website, and shape the words and visual direction around the business you are building.

03How long does the process take?+

Most website launches are completed within a few weeks after all required materials have been received. Your exact timeline will depend on the size of the website, the project scope, and how quickly feedback and content are provided.

04Will I own my domain and business content?+

Yes. Your domain, business name, original photography, logos, and other brand materials remain yours. Your proposal will also explain how the website itself is managed, what platform it is built on, and what access and support are included after launch.

05Are the domain and platform costs included?+

Domain registration, platform subscriptions, and paid third-party tools are separate unless they are specifically included in your proposal. I will explain any anticipated outside costs before the project begins so there are no surprises.

06What happens when I need changes after launch?+

Every website launch includes a defined post-launch support period for small corrections and technical issues. After that, you may choose an ongoing support plan or request individual updates as needed. Ongoing support is optional.

07Can you add booking, payment, or inquiry tools?+

Yes, depending on your business and the tools you use. Your website can connect visitors to inquiry forms, scheduling platforms, payment links, preorder systems, email signups, and other existing business tools. More complex integrations may require an additional fee.

08How does pricing work?+

Website launches are priced according to the scope, number of pages, content needs, integrations, and level of support involved. After reviewing your application and speaking with you, I’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the investment, deliverables, timeline, and next steps.

09What happens after I apply?+

I’ll personally review what you share and respond within a few business days from hev@coachwithhev.com. If the project appears aligned with the services I offer, I’ll send a couple of possible times for a website consultation so we can discuss your business, your goals, and what the website needs to accomplish.

§ 08 — The free website consultation

Thirty minutes.
No pitch.

Tell me about the business and what the site has to do. If I'm the right person, I'll say so and scope it. If I'm not, I'll tell you what I'd do instead — and that's the whole call.
