About

Hev

Good at the part where nothing is organized yet.

Seeing how the pieces of a business affect one another, making sense of ambiguity, giving it structure, and identifying the move that actually matters next.

Hev Michel is an independent business strategy and operations consultant. She works with small and growing businesses on the problems that sit between departments — where a lead-generation problem turns out to be an offer problem, or an overwhelmed owner turns out to have a systems problem.

She also coaches founders one-on-one. Same person, two different jobs: consulting helps the business solve the problem, coaching helps the person building it.

Her breadth is deliberate. It's what allows her to look across a business, find the actual constraint, and then help build the practical thing that resolves it — rather than handing over a document and leaving.

She's in it too.

Hev is actively building businesses of her own. Her consulting perspective isn't assembled from frameworks — it comes from having done the unglamorous parts.

  • Turning ideas into offers
  • Testing what customers will actually buy
  • Developing multiple revenue streams
  • Creating brands and building websites
  • Designing customer journeys
  • Selecting and implementing business tech
  • Booking and payment infrastructure
  • Writing operational processes
  • Pricing and lead generation
  • Partnerships and acquisition
  • Deciding what to automate and what to keep manual
  • Adjusting based on real market response

Hev doesn't advise from the sidelines.

Alongside her consulting practice, Hev is the founder and operator of La Onda Hospitality Collective, a hospitality business she has built from concept through market.

Building La Onda means working through the same questions her clients face: what to offer, what customers will pay for, which systems are actually necessary, where to invest limited resources, what to automate, what to keep human, how to create demand, and when the original plan needs to change.

The business serves as an ongoing operating ground for the way Hev thinks: observe what is actually happening, identify the constraint, build what is needed, test it in the real world, and adjust.

03 / What that means

The person who sees the problem stays close to solving it.

Hev works close enough to the business to understand what is actually happening, not just what appears to be happening. From there, the work may move through strategy, systems, implementation, or hands-on execution, depending on what the situation requires.

Let's talk about your situation.
